How does The Video Kiosk work?
The Video Kiosk is simple and easy to use. In their own time your guests simply walk up to the Kiosk, touch the screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
How many times can I record?
There is no limit to the number of recordings. Your guests can record as many video messages or take as many photos as they like and as often as they wish. And if they aren't totally happy with their recording or photo, they have the option to delete it and start again.

The Video Kiosk is 1.4m (H) x 620mm (Screen Width) x 510mm (Base Depth)
How can I make The Video Kiosk affordable for my school ball or reunion?
If you divide the cost of The Video Kiosk by say 300 ball goers it equates to an additional $3.30 per ticket (location dependent) plus we can provide The Video Kiosk for your pre-ball function for just $150 extra! After the event we then supply you with the fully edited DVD as part of your package. You can then make as many copies of the DVD as you like and sell them for a profit, thus covering a good portion, if not all, of the costs of having The Video Kiosk at your event.
Where do I view my photographs and video footage?
• Each booking includes a professionally edited DVD and an uncut raw DVD.
• Included in your package is a secure link to our website gallery which will allow those family and friends you wish to give the password to access to your videos and photos for 60 days. This is not only great for those overseas, or guests that were unable to attend, but it also allows those who were there to relive the fun memories of the event with you.
How long can I have The Video Kiosk at my event?
The Video Kiosk will be delivered to the event location and set up before your guests arrive. Our standard packages include either full day or delivery by 4pm with pick up first thing the next morning. We understand all events do not start at the same time so pre-arranged deliveries can be organised. For School Balls we will deliver The Video Kiosk to both the pre-ball function as well as to the ball itself so its use can be maximised throughout the event.
How can I ensure my guests will record video messages?
We recommend you let your guests know at the earliest opportunity where The Video Kiosk is located and that it is available to them at no cost. We also provide table reminder cards used to encourage your guests to record a video message. Lastly we recommend that the MC or DJ makes regular announcements throughout the event.
Can The Video Kiosk be personalized for my event?
Yes, we can personalize and place an on-screen photos and text supplied by you at no additional cost.
Can The Video Kiosk be used at an outdoor event?
Yes, but The Video Kiosk must be sheltered from the elements in case the weather does not co-operate, and it must be off the ground on hard flooring and close to a power point.
What is needed to reserve The Video kiosk?
We require a deposit of 25% at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days in advance of the event date.
Is The Video Kiosk available for long term rental, hire or lease?

How does The Video Kiosk differ from a Photo Booth?
While Photo Booths offer instant photo’s and a guestbook album, The Video Kiosk gives you both video and photo memories of your guests on your own fully edited DVD and through our secure online website gallery. The Video Kiosk fits easily into any venue with its sleek design, while The Photobooth requires a much larger dedicated space. And rather than have an attendant there overseeing its use for a limited duration, The Video Kiosk is operated by your guests in their own time as it’s there for the entire event. Whichever you choose, both are great options for weddings, parties, anniversaries…. or any special occasion.
