On the day, at the agreed time, a member of our team will deliver The Video Kiosk to your venue. We place The Video Kiosk on location at the venue to ensure optimum usage and obtain the best results possible, all ready to use as soon as the fun begins!

Table reminder cards or larger tent cards, are provided to make your guests aware of The Video Kiosk and include our very simple operating instructions. The Video Kiosk will also include a customised screen-saver containing your personal pictures and message.

As an optional extra your guests can choose to upload their videos or pictures immediately to You Tube or Email so they can share the fun they are having at your event with their friends and family around the world.

The Video Kiosk is picked up at the arranged time and within 14 days you will receive an edited DVD, along with a DVD of unedited raw footage. The latter can be used to get your photos developed, and passed onto a Videographer so that they can include fun guest moments into your professional video. As you own the recordings and images on the DVD, you are able to make as many copies of it as you like - a great way to recoup costs for a school ball or reunion!

Also included in your package is a secure link to our website gallery which will allow family and friends access to your videos and photos for 60 days.

How it works
The Video Kiosk must be in a sheltered location with hard floors, and in close proximity to a power point.
Our kiosks are 100% accessible, and their open design allows large groups to leave a message all at once!
It couldn't be easier! Simply touch the screen and The Video Kiosk will give you the options of recording a video or taking a photo. |
Press the option you prefer and a countdown will start letting you know exactly when the recording will start or the picture will be taken. |
The recording lasts for 30 seconds and a timer will show letting you know exactly how much time you have while you are recording. |
Once finished The Video Kiosk will then give you the options of playing back the recording or photo, saving it, or deleting it and starting again. |
Once you are satisfied with your recording or photograph, why not download your video or photo to You Tube, Facebook or Email to friends or family? Please note that this is an optional service that needs to be requested at the time of booking. |
